I understand that pick up of my order can be from any of the following suburbs: Ashtonfield, Gillieston Heights, Thornton, Raworth or East Maitland.

Whilst all care is taken to produce the end product that I would like, in relation to my inspiration photos – I understand that no two cakes are every identical, even when completed by the same decorator.

I understand that my cake/cupcakes/cookies will be made in a commercial kitchen that also processes products that contain nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. Whilst all care is taken to reduce risk of cross contamination- that risk still does remain. I understand that by proceeding with the order that it is my responsibility to decide whether the ordered products are suitable for those with allergies/intolerances.

I understand that I will be contacted within 7 days prior to my order collection/delivery date. Collection address and time will be arranged during this communication. I understand that my collection time is a 15 minute window. I understand a new appointment time will need to be negotiated if I miss my appointment time – this may not be until later that day or the following day depending on the decorator’s schedule. Prepaid deliveries will be made at a time by negotiation with the decorator- delivery times available will depend on other deliveries being made on the same day.

I understand that if I cancel my order within 7 days of collection that I will forfeit my payment of my cake. Cancellations within 14 days of collection will incur a loss of 50% of total cost of cake. Cancellations made outside of 14 days of collection/delivery date will incur a $50 administration fee, with the balance of the cake being refunded.

Class bookings are final upon completion of online order. If you are unable to attend the class a credit for any reason, a credit will be issued for you to use at an alternative class date. No refunds will be issued for class bookings.
